You accept that shipping the item to your address is fulfilling the order. Items lost in shipping or held in customs will not be refunded or replaced. Many international items are not tracked or are only tracked within the USA.
When an item is listed as out of stock or pre-order we will get that item ordered. On most orders this will delay the items that are in stock until the out of stock item arrives.
All sales are considered final and will not be eligible for refund unless specifically authorized by a representative of Bitstickers. Please contact us prior to your purchase for specific support questions.
We usually do not offer refunds unless we determine that we made a major mistake with the order. In the event that we do refund, we will refund in the amount of BTC paid without shipping cost.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws.
